Recurso de súplica interpuesto en contra del auto que rechazó la demanda de la referencia, porque el demandante no logró dar cabal cumplimiento a los requisitos de claridad, certeza, especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia, establecidos en el artículo 2º del Decreto 2067 de 1991 y definidos amplia y reiteradamente por la Corporación.

Luego del análisis del escrito de súplica, concluye la Sala Plena que el actor no corrigió el líbelo en los términos indicados y decide, confirmar el auto recurrido.
